How was the linear distances information obtained?  A NWAPRA member asked the Benton County GIS office for information on the distance of the proposed riparian areas in the watershed ordinance and was told they did not have that figure as no one had asked for it.  Apparently, no one on the Quorum Court or anyone else had wanted to know the amount of area that was to be affected.  A fee was paid and the Benton County GIS office provided a watershed distance map.
